Service Description
Packs of hair depends on the desired style. Shampoo and conditioning is included. If you have FRESHLY PERMED HAIR please allow at least two weeks before booking unless its just on your leave out. A non refundable deposit is required when booking. Your deposit will go toward your total which is due at your appointment. If you cancel your appointment or fail to appear then your deposit does NOT go toward a new appointment and is considered non-refundable. Please no extra people unless its your kids or if you are a parent and will be staying with your child. Thank You, I look forward to seeing you at your appointment.

Booking Policy: What You Need to Know Before Scheduling Your Appointment To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience at our salon, please read the following policies and guidelines before booking your appointment: *Only the person receiving service will be admitted (If someone/children are accompanying the person receiving service please be able to watch them without interrupting the appointment ). *Create an online profile to schedule your appointment and make changes to it. Provide your first and last name (no nicknames), phone number, and email address when scheduling your appointment. *Make sure to choose the correct service when booking, as it cannot be changed upon arrival. *Payment must be made in cash, Zelle, or ApplePay(a $1.00 fee applied) A $50.00 non-refundable/non-transferable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. $50 of your deposit will be applied to your balance. The remaining balance for your service must be paid once service is rendered. *Deposits will be credited to future service if appointment is rescheduled in a timely manner. *Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will not be allowed to be rescheduled. *You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours prior to your appointment time. Only 1 reschedule is allowed. *No Call-No Shows will be BLOCKED and have 100% of the total booked service price charged to their card on file. *Service times are subject to change based on stylist availability. *By booking your appointment, you agree to adhere to the policies outlined above.
